All prices quoted and transactions completed are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT. If you are purchasing using a different currency, your bank/credit card/debit card/payment company will convert the currency for you when they process the transaction, but please be aware that there may be small differences in price owing to exchange rate fluctuations and that you may be charged a small commission by that company.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch. The order will be cancelled in the event that payment is not received within 10 working days of making the order.

Cheque drawn on a UK bank payable in Pounds Sterling, made payable to “Kevin Batten”. we reserve the right to wait until the cheque has cleared before dispatching your order. Please do not send cash through the postal system; We cannot accept responsibility should it go missing.
We endevour to send goods within 3 days of your order being received, subject to payment clearance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details and delivery address details are correct when the order is made and we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error. In these circumstances, we can re-arrange correct delivery at the customer’s expense.
All orders are carefully packed, but in the unlikely event that a breakage does occur, please notify us and return the broken item(s) within 10 days of receipt and, if available, we will supply replacements free of charge, or, if unable to do so, give a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s).
Customer Guarantee: we value your business,If for any reason when you have received your goods, you are not satisfied with your purchase, VillageChinaShop.com will gladly replace the items or refund your monies in full, provided that they are returned to us at the address below within 10 days of receipt. If you do wish to return your china, please contact us so that we can advise on packing and return. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are safely packed using appropriate materials (we suggest that you use the original packing materials for this). Where goods are returned for reasons other than loss, damage or error on our part, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping costs.
You have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund by notifying VillageChinaShop.com within 10 days and returning the goods as above (see “Returns”). Notification of cancellation must be in writing, by email to sales@villagechinashop.com .
These Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law. Your Statutory Rights are not affected. English Law will prevail in any dispute, regardless of the location of the customer and/or origin of the transaction.
